SPOTLIGHT
“It is unsurprising that many women and people of diverse backgrounds have risen to the leadership team at Zynx. It is a supportive environment, where your work and your individuality can shine. The lived experience of being an other in society and in the workplace can provide fertile ground for empathy, and the ability to see how the world looks different from another perspective is a valuable soft skill for building cooperative relationships. I very much subscribe to the school of design thinking which says that diversity of perspectives powers robust design and innovation.”
